The Origin
A local business owner asked us a simple question
"Why is the restaurant across the street with worse food and half as many reviews always above us on Google Maps?" That question led us down a 6-month research project into every Google Maps ranking signal. What we discovered changed everything.
The Research
We mapped all 8 Google Maps ranking signals
Most SEO guides covered 3–4 signals. We found 8 that matter — including GPS-based engagement signals that almost no agency was tracking or optimizing. We built a system to cover all 8 simultaneously. It worked faster than we expected.
The First Results
First 10 clients. 9 in Top 3 within 90 days.
We ran our first 10 campaigns manually across different cities and niches. 9 of 10 clients hit the Top 3 in under 90 days. The 10th hit it in 97 days. We knew we had something worth building into a full platform.
The Platform
We built the review management system to complement the ranking engine
Rankings without reviews don't convert. We built automated review request flows across 20+ platforms — SMS, Email, WhatsApp, QR codes — so clients could rank and build trust simultaneously. The combination was more powerful than either alone.
The Ranked
We added the 90-day Top 3 ranked because we were confident enough to back it up
After 100+ successful campaigns, we formalized what we'd already been delivering informally — a Ranked that if clients don't reach Top 3 in 90 days, we work free until they do. Today our success rate stands at 94%. The Ranked made us more accountable, not less confident.
