We access this information solely to perform the optimization services you have engaged us to provide.
- Communications: Any information you include in messages, emails, support tickets, or other correspondence with us.
- Review Platform Data: When you use our review management tools, you may provide customer contact information (phone numbers, email addresses) for the purpose of sending review requests. You represent and warrant that you have obtained appropriate consent from your customers before providing their contact information to us.

- Advertising Partners: If you interact with our advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or Google, we may receive limited information about your interaction with those ads.

- Google Business Profile Optimization: To access, review, and optimize your Google Business Profile on your behalf, including updating categories, services, photos, posts, Q&A, and business attributes.
- Review Management: To facilitate the collection, monitoring, and response to customer reviews across integrated platforms; to send review requests via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or QR code on your behalf; and to generate AI-assisted review responses.
- Ranking Analysis: To perform geo-grid scans (Share of Local Voice analysis), track keyword rankings, monitor competitor positions, and generate performance reports for your business.
- Communication: To respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, send promotional materials (with your consent), and deliver personalized audit videos and reports.
- Analytics and Improvement: To analyze usage trends, monitor the effectiveness of our Services, diagnose technical issues, and improve user experience.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests; to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property; and to enforce our Terms of Service.
- Marketing: To send you promotional emails, advertisements, or other marketing communications about our Services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time (see Section 9).
- Fraud Prevention: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues.
- Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

- Google Business Profile Data: We retain data obtained from your Google Business Profile only for the duration of our service engagement. Upon termination of services, we delete or return this data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
- Review Platform Data: Customer contact information used for review requests is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon termination, this data is deleted within 30 days.
When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention procedures.

- Google API Services Disclosure
Our Services may use Google API Services to access and manage your Google Business Profile on your behalf. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only use access to Google user data to provide and improve the Services you have requested.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

- SMS and Messaging Compliance
Our review management platform enables you to send review requests to your customers via SMS, email, and WhatsApp. When using these features:
- You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending review requests.
