• Review Platform Data: When you use our review management tools, you may provide customer contact information (phone numbers, email addresses) for the purpose of sending review requests. You represent and warrant that you have obtained appropriate consent from your customers before providing their contact information to us.

• Communication: To respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, send promotional materials (with your consent), and deliver personalized audit videos and reports.

• We only use access to Google user data to provide and improve the Services you have requested.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

15. SMS and Messaging Compliance

Our review management platform enables you to send review requests to your customers via SMS, email, and WhatsApp. When using these features:

• You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending review requests.
• You must comply with all applicable laws governing electronic communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and GDPR (where applicable).
